City of Miami Beach Botanical Garden

CONNECT Engineering’s personnel provided their expertise to inspect and document existing building conditions. The botanical garden takes pride in being known as the "Tropical Oasis in the Heart of Miami Beach."  The 2.6-acre urban green space includes four one-story buildings which are over 60-years old. The primary purpose of this project was to provide a detailed on-site structural review of each building.  Our services included inspection of the building foundation, masonry bearing walls, framing, floors, and roofs, producing a detailed report, and project management.
