ABOUT US
Our team has more than 50 years of combined civil engineering experience in project design, code compliance, and field inspections. We provide clients with support in various sectors – including land development, parks, airports, roadways, and structures. Our engineering design and inspection services include water, sanitary sewer, drainage, roadway, miscellaneous structures, signing & pavement markings, and temporary traffic control plans.

Structures
Our structural engineering department provides specialty designs of miscellaneous structures. Examples include sign structures, mast arms, drainage structures, light poles and foundations. We also specialize in concrete repair and restoration projects as well as provide field inspection and construction inspection services.
Land Development
Our land development department focuses on the design of infrastructure needed for commercial and public sector projects. We design utilities such as domestic water and sanitary sewer, storm drainage, paving, grading, and parking lots. We design pump stations for both drainage and sanitary sewer applications.
Roadway
Our roadway engineering department provides design of all types of facilities; from urban, rural, and municipal roadways to complex highways and major interchanges. Our designs include signing pavement markings and temporary traffic control plans.
Water Resources
Our water resources department focuses on hydraulics, hydrology and environmental permitting. We are committed to incorporating resilience and sustainability in our engineering approach to stormwater management system designs.
Homeowner Associations
Our team provides engineering services to HOAs and the condominium community on various sized projects, from planning and design through the construction phase. We add value to projects and increase the quality of construction by providing technical assistance, project management, design services, building inspections, and much more.
Permitting Services
Our permitting services cover a broad spectrum of project types in the commercial market. We work closely with local, state and federal agencies to ensure your project meets all requirements while minimizing delays and expediting the process as much as possible. Our approach is proactive, addressing potential issues early in the process to keep your project on schedule and within budget.
