El Jardin Inn

Located in Miami’s iconic Little Havana neighborhood, El Jardin Inn comprises three carefully renovated historic Art Deco buildings that bring together a hotel with art and community spaces. The project reflects the area’s rich cultural heritage and emphasizes creativity and connection among the community, while providing a dynamic gathering place for locals and visitors alike.

 

For this project, CONNECT Engineering was responsible for paving, grading, and drainage improvements. This included a new stormwater management system consisting of drainage inlets and 100 linear feet of French drain within a constrained area. Additional services performed by CONNECT included field reviews, coordinating with other design disciplines, analysis, utility coordination, permitting, and construction administration.
